Companies relied on conventional trackers to move their goods from one point to another. Reliability and consistency were rare and unheard of. In efficiency were built into the distribution process and over a period of time these inefficiencies became a part of the process and were taken for granted. Not only was the
delivery cycle sometime long, but expensive and unreliable and completely unfocussed on meeting customer needs. Loden Rand entered the market at this time. With our experience in International Distribution which is very customer focused and driven by customer requirements, we went about setting up a domestic distribution network in India, which relies on strategic alliance with top of the class service providers ( rail / truck and warehousing) who are committed to work as per international performance standards.
